Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg Want To Invite You To a ‘Sausage Party’

Depending on what image just popped into your fragile mind, this might exactly what you thinking or the exact opposite. But probably nothing in between.

If you imagined, “a Rated-R, super dirty, mockery of a Pixar movie about sausages in a supermarket that need to get back to their aisle before the fourth of July,” then you were right, because that’s how screenwriter Evan Goldberg described the project (one of many) that he and Seth Rogen are currently working on.

Goldberg spoke to ScreenRant recently about The Green Hornet, not seeing The Godfather III, his hesitation about making Pineapple Express 2, and about the possibilities of seeing their hockey movie The Goon and movie about Jay and Seth battling against the Apocalypse (Jay and Seth vs The Apocalypse) ending up as actual words on paper. However, the project that caught my attention the most was the animated potential of seeing a bunch of filthy sausages go on an adventure in the dairy aisle.

Sounds great, right?
