Theaters About to Be Attacked by Onslaught of DC Comics

If there’s one thing the fanboy community loves it’s comic book adaptations. That and a giant bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. But who doesn’t love those? They’re delicious. Fortunately, DC fans will have a lot of chances to sneak in a bag or two into theaters when a solid amount of films come to a big screen near them.

As it turns out, the mild-to-moderate success of The Dark Knight has emboldened DC via Warners to bring a lot more heroes to the screen. Whether or not this is completely foolish or ingenious has yet to be seen. Here’s what we can expect:

Four films may seem like a drop in the bucket for some, and Neil would certainly consider all of these characters as B-level comic books, but this is more titles in production from DC than ever before. Clearly, they did not get the memo about the comic adaptation boom being over. Looks like they plan on personally extending alongside the likes of Iron Man 2 and whatever Superman title that we can add to this list later in the year.

What do you think?
