As we can see here, Hoffa isn’t a popular man. People want him dead and they’ll happily try to assassinate him in a courtroom full of people. That said, Hoffa is calm and collected in the face of danger.
Jimmy asks Frank if he wants to be a part of history. According to the real Sheeran, Hoffa wanted John F. Kennedy dead because his brother, Bobby, was harassing him. While Sheeran claimed that he didn’t personally carry out the assassination that ended the president’s life, he did reveal that it was orchestrated by the Mafia.
