The great thing about Rebhorn was that he did so many movies that he’ll continue to pop at random whenever we all dip into the past three decades of film. For me, he was best when tricking Michael Douglas into playing The Game.
“Captain America’s Chris Evans on life as Marvel’s superhero go-to guy” – Marvel arguably has a lot of go-to guys now, but Jonathan Bernstein at The Guardian has a solid profile of an actor who enjoys taking the lead, but who’s happy to join ensembles where it isn’t all about him.
“The Trouble With Set Visits” – Deven Faraci at Badass Digest offers a level-headed view of what it’s like to be invited to see the filmmaking process, to see a movie early and to (sometimes) be flown somewhere exotic for the privilege. Going on these trips doesn’t make you a monster, and it doesn’t make you a shill. Although you might sit on the bus next to one.
