Wait, who is Alfred talking to in the final seconds of this new Justice League trailer? Your guesses are welcome in the comments, but I’m gonna go with — that super dude they keep mentioning.

At the end of today’s Comic-Con panel celebrating the Warner Bros. slate of films, the cast of Justice League took part in debuting a new 4-minute trailer for the film. It features plenty of Wonder Woman, Batman, The Flash (with jokes!), Cyborg, and the not-so-secret scene thief Aquaman. But it also gives us the first good look at the film’s villain, Steppenwolf, as voice by Ciarán Hinds. He’s big, imposing, arrives via Wonder Woman’s home of Themyscira, and he has a bunch of flying demon henchmen. He’s come to Earth, as he explains because there are no Lanterns or Kryptonians protecting it. Hmm… I wonder if either of those two things will show up before the film is over. We’ll have to wait and see what the Zack Snyder directed movie has to say for itself.

As for the trailer, it’s longer, more story focused and shows off a range of visuals and tones. The whole thing isn’t remotely as dour as Batman v Superman or Suicide Squad, which for some will be a welcome change of pace.

Watch the Comic-Con trailer below. From the studio, an official synopsis: “Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.”

Justice League hits theaters November 17th.
